Tropical Storm Jose forms behind Hurricane Irma, becomes 10th named storm

The 2017 hurricane season is showing no signs of letting up with the introduction of Tropical Storm Jose on Tuesday morning.

Forming east of Hurricane Irma, Jose formed in the Atlantic and is expected to become a hurricane in the next few days, the Weather Channel reports.

It's current trajectory takes it west-northwest, close to the northern Lesser Antilles islands of Guadeloupe and San Juan.

Meanwhile, Florida residents are bracing themselves for Irma's arrival this weekend. Forecasters predict the category 5 storm should weaken to a category 4 by Saturday morning, but it's still bad news for southern Floridians.
